Checkin
Your room will be ready for you by 2 p.m. at the latest. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, you still have the option of parking your car and changing your clothes.
If you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask you to let us know.
Our preferred arrival and departure days are Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Short bookings are possible depending on availability.

Food and drinks
Lech offers a rich selection of first-class restaurants. We are happy to help you with the reservation. In winter, a delivery service offers a very good range of dishes that you can eat with us in Lavendel in the apartment or in our breakfast / lounge.
You are welcome to purchase drinks in our “honesty bar”.
Our water is of mineral water quality. You can drink it from any tap. Water jugs are available in every room and apartment.
Pets
In the interest of our guests, we ask you not to bring any pets.
Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival if one of the following reasons applies:
- There is a travel warning for Austria or the federal state of Vorarlberg
- The Bludenz district is set to red at the Corona traffic light
- Due to Covid-19, skiing is not possible in the entire Lech & Zürs ski area
If one of these reasons applies, we will convert the down payment you have already made into a voucher that you can redeem at another date at any time.
Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply as agreed.
The booking can be cancelled by a written notification up to 3 months before your agreed arrival date at the latest without paying a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within the 3 months is only possible with payment of the following cancellation fees:
– up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total price
– 70% of the total price up to 1 week before the day of arrival
– in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total price
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we have to charge the room price.
Checkout
We ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. at the latest. If you still want to spend the day of departure in Lech, you are welcome to leave your car behind and then you can still move.
Extra beds/ Children discount
Additional beds are possible, for which we are happy to give a discount of -30%.
Children up to 4 years are free in an additional bed in the doubleroom.
Children from 5 to 12 years get a discount of 50% in the room of theire parents.

Room cleaning
We take care of your rooms and apartments (except the kitchen) on a daily basis. Final cleaning included in the price. For messy kitchens, we charge an extra € 50,00.
Ski school and ski passes
A special service for our guests is the issue of ski passes in-house. Save yourself long waiting times at the lift ticket offices and start your day skiing right after arrival.

The assembly point of the Lech ski school is only a few minutes’ walk away from us.

Smoking
Our apartments and rooms are non-smoking. We cordially invite you to indulge your smoking pleasure on your balcony.
Sporting goods rental
If you want to rent skis, ski boots or snowboards in winter and all kinds of bicycles and electric bikes in summer, you are in good hands at Intersport Arlberg, which is right next door.
Sport Park Lech
Sport Park Lech is only a 5-minute walk from us. Indoor activities for everyone await you: fitness center with cardio, strength and free weights area; Aerobics, indoor cycling, multifunctional court for tennis, soccer, badminton, volleyball etc., four bowling lanes, climbing and bouldering, leisure room with table tennis, air hockey and table football. Travel Insurance
We recommend taking travel insurance.
So that you can book your planned vacation with a good feeling, Vorarlberg Tourism has taken out Covid-19 cancellation insurance for all guest bookings in Vorarlberg with arrival by August 31, 2021. In this way, in Vorarlberg, we also ensure the risk that conventional cancellation insurance generally does not cover.
This Covid-19 cancellation insurance applies automatically to all existing and future overnight bookings in Vorarlberg with arrival by August 31, 2021 in the event of Covid-19 illness or officially ordered, personal quarantine with you or your family members in the common household before the start of the journey.

Lech am Arlberg is the perfect place for a wedding or family celebrations. In winter and summer, Lavendel is the ideal accommodation for you and your family and friends. In the Lech and Oberlech children’s club, the very little ones learn how to deal with snow and skis in a playful way. Children from 2 years of age are looked after in the Oberlech children’s club. The Oberlech gondola is only a 2-minute walk away from us. The Lech children’s club, where children from 3 years of age are looked after, is also only a few minutes’ walk away from us. For all our young guests, Arlberg Alpin offers from 28.06. – 03.09.2021 an exciting children’s adventure week together with experienced guides: Children aged 5 to 14 get to know our nature actively and discover a new highlight every day: the Arlenzauberweg with the 3D archery course and the Muxelhof petting zoo in Oberlech, horse riding on the forest ranch in Klösterle, children’s canyoning in the rushing torrent, an exciting day in the forest camp in Zugertal, exciting routes for children’s climbing on the Rüfikopf and a day of games in the Lech forest swimming pool. Getting here
By car
Coming from Bregenz or Innsbruck over the Flexenpass or in summer also over the Lech Valley(tal) or the Hochtannbergpass over Warth (closed in winter!) to Lech. Coming from Zürs, pass the church, the Oberlech cable car and the Volksbank and turn right at the next junction. Sufficient parking spaces await you directly in front of the house. Garage spaces on request.
